FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Lions lose 2-0 to Colorado-Colorado Springs Joplin, Mo. -- Greg Miley scored for the Colorado-Colorado Springs Mountain Lions just four minutes into the match and that was all they needed in a 2-0 win over the Missouri Southern Lions Sunday (Sept. 7) at Fred Hughes Stadium. The Mountain Lions (2-2) added another tally when Jordan Dahlinger scored in the 71st minute to seal the victory. Eddie Mulholland led the Lions (0-5) with two shots, while goalkeeper Jon Hansen made five saves. UCCS goalkeeper Adam Liszewski stopped two shots for the Mountain Lions. The Mountain Lions held a 14-7 overall edge in shots and 8-2 on-goal. Miley had a game-high three shot-attempts for UCCS. The Lions will next play on the road at Northeastern State (Okla.) on Wednesday afternoon (Sept. 10) at 4 p.m. in Tahlequah, Okla.
