Joplin, Mo.. -- Missouri Southern men's soccer head coach Kiley Cirillo has announced that Lee's Summit West High School standout Lawrence Lartey will be joining the Lions this upcoming season.

Lartey earned a second-team all-conference mention in 2007 and was an honorable-mention selection in both soccer and football in 2006.

He also helped his club team make a USA Cup Championship state semifinal appearance during the 2006 season.
