Southern tennis team falls 8-1 at Cameron (Okla.)

The Missouri Southern Lady Lion tennis team dropped to 1-1 on the season in dual matches, falling 8-1 on Friday to Cameron (Okla.).

Junior Sheryl Posch (Parsons, Kan.) posted the only win of the day for Southern. She was a 6-0, 6-1 winner at No. 1 singles over Cameron's Esther Degado.

The Lady Lions are slated for more action on Saturday at Lawton, Okla. They return home for a March 8 date with Lincoln.
