Southern falls twice at NSU Invite


TAHLEQUAH, Okla. (April 2) -- Missouri Southern suffered a pair of losses on Friday (April 1) in the Northeastern State Invitational.

Northeastern State, the No. 22-ranked team in the latest ITA Division II top 25, handed the Lions a 5-0 defeat, claiming all three doubles matches and two in singles. Harding (Ark.) also defeated Southern 5-0.

Missouri Southern fell to 5-5 overall with the losses.
