Lions 2-1 on weekend

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (March 22) -- Missouri Southern's women's tennis team went 2-1 on the weekend, picking up victories in St. Joseph over Missouri Western and South Dakota after a loss to Northwest Missouri State. The Lions improved to 2-3 on the season with the wins.

Missouri Southern continues action on Saturday (March 26) with a home match against Lincoln. On Monday (March 28), Southern is due to host Truman State.
