Southern defeats Rockhurst, 7-2

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (March 31) -- The Missouri Southern women's tennis team picked up its fifth straight win, this time a 7-2 defeat over the Lady Hawks of Rockhurst University.

The Lions won five of the six singles matches and also took two of three in doubles. Southern is scheduled to resume action today at Northeastern State (Okla.).
