FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Hall bounced back from a 1-2 start to win 13 of her last 14 singles matches, including 6-1 in the conference at No. 1 singles, to get second-team honors. She defeated two top 50 opponents this season and was undefeated in singles league play up to her last match of the year against Washburn. Hall and Meschede were 7-10 in No. 1 doubles this past year including a 4-2 mark in conference play. The duo helped the Lions to a 4-3 league mark and the 4th seed in the MIAA Tournament. Southern was ranked in the top ten of the North Central Region for most of the season. Skimbo was 5-7 this season as a true freshman in the No. 6 singles position. She won four out of her last six matches.
